We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • The item must meet the return conditions listed above

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos as evidence

Once confirmed:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs may be covered by us

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Estimated processing times:
